Robert Lazak, Paralegal
Robert Lazak serves as a Paralegal at TLD Law, where he supports the litigation team with his comprehensive skills in trial preparation, discovery management, and legal drafting. With 9 years of experience in the legal field, Robert has developed a robust proficiency in civil litigation, including business disputes, real estate, and insurance defense, as well as specialized public agency litigation and appeals.
Robert’s meticulous approach to trial preparation includes coordinating trial logistics, drafting witness and exhibit lists, organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and managing witness schedules to ensure seamless courtroom proceedings. His expertise in discovery is reflected in his ability to review, summarize, and organize large volumes of documents while propounding discovery on opposing parties.
In addition to his technical expertise, Robert is skilled in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, with experience in electronic filing in both state and federal courts. His strong research skills, honed through his use of various legal databases, support case strategy and contribute to the development of compelling arguments.

Crystal Nguyen, Paralegal
Crystal Nguyen is a Paralegal at TLD Law with 12 years of experience in litigation, focusing on real estate, business disputes, and personal injury defense. Her expertise spans all stages of litigation, from the initial filing through to final resolution, and includes drafting demand letters and pleadings, coordinating discovery, and meticulously preparing for trial.
Crystal is highly skilled in assembling trial binders, drafting witness lists, preparing jury instructions, and organizing exhibits.
